Job Description
NV Group (NVG) is a leading Financial & Legal Services Group with offices in Pasig, Manila, Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland. We specialize in credit management, debt collection, and legal services.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor and evaluate collection and sales calls, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 years experience as a QA Analyst in a Call Center/BPO.
- Customer Service background is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Can start immediately.
Salary: Php30,00.00/month. Benefits include health insurance and paid training.
