Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to a team of agents, handling escalated issues on performance and quality while setting standards
  • Verify call center results by assessing skills, product knowledge, service ability, and efficiency
  • Give feedback to agents through call monitoring and coaching sessions
  • Evaluate service approaches, rate agent effectiveness, and identify training needs
  • Analyze trends, find root causes, and create action plans to address issues
  • Oversee quality initiatives, ensure adherence to policies, and implement changes
  • Participate in calibration sessions conducted by the Quality Assurance Department periodically
  • Create routine and ad-hoc reports
  • Contribute to team efforts and handle assigned duties
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Internal Qualifications:

  • Above-average communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Understands call center operations and key metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office for generating KPI reports
  • Works well under pressure, manages multiple tasks effectively, and meets deadlines
  • Excellent coaching, motivational, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong research abilities for obtaining and reporting business information
  • Good presentation skills and flexibility in work assignments and hours
