Job Description

A Quality Assurance Analyst CSR is responsible for assessing the quality of customer service interactions within a company. They review customer service calls and emails to ensure that representatives are providing accurate and helpful information to customers. The analyst identifies areas of improvement and provides feedback to the customer service team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating customer service conversations for adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Identifying training needs and developing training materials for customer service representatives
  • Conducting quality assessments and preparing reports
  • Providing feedback and coaching to improve customer service quality
  • Collaborating with the quality assurance team to define quality standards and best practices
