Job Description

Job Purpose:
- Conduct quality assessments of customer support interactions.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to customer support agents.
- Assist in the development of training programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years experience as Account Executive, English required.
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month
