Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Conduct quality assessments of customer support interactions to ensure compliance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and enhance support quality.
- Provide constructive feedback and develop coaching plans for agents.
- Assist in training programs focusing on best practices and product knowledge.
- Collaborate for process improvements in customer support efficiency.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and compliance with regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 02/03/2025
