Job Description
J-K Manpower seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst for a full-time, onsite role in Clark, Pampanga. The position requires a shifting schedule and offers a starting salary of Php35,00. Open to undergraduates; 1+ year QA experience in BPO is an advantage and fintech experience is preferred. Immediate availability is required.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases
- Document and report defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Evaluate functionality, performance, and user experience prior to release
- Recruitment: online and face-to-face interviews (initial and final), followed by a job offer
