Job Description
J-K Network Services seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance product quality and customer interactions. This full-time, onsite role in Clark, Pampanga offers PHP35,00 and requires shift availability. Open to undergraduates; 1+ year QA experience (BPO preferred) and FinTech exposure are advantageous. Immediate start required.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with developers to validate fixes
