Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and suggesting improvements to the company’s final goods in order to ensure that they adhere to specified quality standards.
- Responsible for ensuring that all touch channels conform to the company’s quality requirements.
- Produces effective documentation and reports by gathering, examining, and summarizing data and trends, including corrective measures and re-validations.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance existing products.
