Job Description
1. Ensures continuous compliance to Quality Assurance, Environment, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
2. Review the implementation and efficiency inspection systems related to quality, food safety, environment, health and safety
3. Facilitate internal audits and other quality assurance, environment, health and safety activities.
4. Lead the investigation of customer complaints, safety incidents, and non-conformance issues related to quality, food safety, environment, health and safety.
5. Implement and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
6. Document reports and communicate outcomes of activities related to quality, food safety, environment, health and safety, and security.
7. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by customers and government agencies.
8. Conduct quality, food safety, environment, and health and safety – related trainings to internal staff, clients, and internal service providers.
