Job Description
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Attention to details by ensuring work is thoroughly checked without it being late
- Following instructions carefully and accurately
- Management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, team building skills, analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills and organizational skills
- Computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs
- Problems analysis and solving skills, which identifies problems and uses logic, judgement, and data to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions to achieve the desired organizational goal or outcome.
- Knowledgeable in ISO standard and regulations
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in supervisory role in QA operations in any food manufacturing company
Education: At least four-year college degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
Certification/Licenses and Training:
- If applicant is a graduate in chemistry, chemical engineering, microbiology, and food technology – PRC license is an advantage.
- FSSC, FSMS, HACCP, GMP, GLP certifications
