Job Description
Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc., a prominent multinational company operating a state-of-the-art bread factory, is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting raw and packaging materials, conducting in-line inspections, performing product analysis, and executing audits. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, conducting batch tests, and collaborating effectively with the quality assurance departments to maintain our high standards.
Qualifications for this position include a degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering, along with 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Familiarity with microbial and laboratory analysis is essential, and audit experience (ISO, SGS) is an advantage. Candidates must be willing to work in LIIP, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna.
