Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify product defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Document and report quality issues to the QA manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality control procedures.
- Assist in reviewing and updating quality manuals and procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality problems and propose appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting quality inspections is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
