Job Description
Join a 40-year IT and engineering firm as a full-time, onsite Quality Assurance Associate in Clark, Pampanga. Shifting schedule; starting salary PHP35,00.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions, conduct audits, and prepare quality reports.
- Provide feedback and coaching; collaborate with Operations and Training to ensure compliance.
Benefits include government-mandated benefits, 13th month pay, HMO, and paid vacation and sick leave. Candidates may be undergraduates; 1+ year QA experience in BPO and fintech exposure are advantageous. Recruitment will include online and face-to-face interviews. Immediate start preferred.
