Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately and completely processes orders of instruments and/or implants from the Quality Assurance Officer.
- Operates the autoclave machine safely and properly according to standards.
- Cleans all instrumentations used after surgery.
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures of all machineries and/or equipment as needed.
- Inspects, documents, and reports returned instruments and checks for used/damaged/missing items.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of necessary documentations.
- Maintains departmental records properly.
Qualifications and Standards:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in BS Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the same role or industry.
- Skills required: Communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, feedback delivery, critical thinking, teamwork, resilience, quality orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

- 13th-month salary
