Job Description
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for verifying and validating features and functionalities across our website’s backend and frontend. This role involves creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting any defects found during testing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product quality testing and report results.
- Ensure efficient operation of tools in product delivery.
- Perform site audits and document deficiencies.
- Assist in resolving customer issues.
- Verify data accuracy and provide QA results.
- Implement new department policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Skills in attention to detail and quality orientation.
