Job Description
Join AUMTREND PH INC as a Quality Assurance professional. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks, assessing compliance through call evaluations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will provide insightful feedback, generate reports, and collaborate with clients to address process gaps. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance processes.
We offer a competitive salary of up to Php31,00.00 per month along with health insurance and a 13th month salary.
Location: Taguig — must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate.
