Job Description
The Restaurant Systems Auditor will conduct Service, Quality & Systems Audit across Mary Grace Cafes & Kiosks. Responsibilities include auditing Front and Back of the House Operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits & validation audits on Campaigns and New Products processes.
- Perform auditing for Kiosk, Front of the house, & Back of the house.
- Communicate findings through reports.
- Recommend solutions for store improvement.
- Contribute to Quality Management enhancement through Systems & Processes review.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- 3+ years in Food Manufacturing or Food Service with Quality Audit experience.
- Food Safety Compliance Officer certification is an advantage.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Willingness for field work (50-75%).
- Open to working in Taguig City.
