Job Description
The Quality Assurance OJT supports the marketing team to ensure that a new product in development (software) as well as the final product itself is error-free and meets standards for operating and usage. He/She also ensures that released products are performing as they should.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cross browser testing and cross-platform testing.
- Estimate testing efforts based on requirements and create test cases
- Log and track defects into completion
- Provide accurate status report
- Perform regression testing, exploratory testing, and adhoc testing
- Perform User Acceptance testing
- Provide solutions/strategies to improve the testing process
Minimum Qualifications:
- Has a deep understanding of agile development cycle
- Has experience in using defect tracking tools
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development process
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in automation testing is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php5,00.00 – Php8,00.00 per month
