Job Description
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Contract Duration: 12 months initial Contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days RTO, 2 days WFH per week)
Overview: As a QA Lead with at least 4 years of experience, you will lead and mentor junior team members, collaborate with product managers, and provide technical leadership in testing.
Expectations for the First 6 Months:
- Familiarize yourself with the squad/product supported, Agile practices, and standardized testing processes.
- Create Test Analysis based on requirements, incorporating the minimum standards and guidelines set by the QA department.
- Lead or assist the team in test preparation, test execution, and test reporting.
- Start creating test automation scripts.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration.
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months

Experience:
