Job Description
The Quality Assurance Lead at Yondu is responsible for defining the test strategy, leading teams, and ensuring continuous quality improvements across projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enforcing quality assurance standards and overseeing the testing process.
Related Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Test Design, Test Cases Creation and Analysis
- Extensive experience in Manual and Automated testing (Selenium Web driver, Test Complete, etc.) is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC practices within the Agile methodology, strongly emphasizing Scrum Framework
- At least a foundational level of ISTQB certification
