Responsibilities:
- Oversee site quality management system and quality initiatives
- Provide advice on any regulatory or quality issues and assist on other relevant issues
- Conduct self-inspection audit on the processes
- Consult on quality / regulatory matters
- Lead customer audits on Quality Management Systems and other related topics
- Serve as customer contact on quality-related issues
- Lead as Quality Representative in fulfilling the roles to support functional / Site Quality Management System
- Any other ad-hoc requests / projects
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an MNC
- Approximately 2 years working experience in quality industry with a strong background in operations and team management
- Has exposure to regulatory audits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses a resilient and “can do” attitude
