Job Description
A Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that a company’s products or services meet the highest quality standards. They develop and implement quality control procedures, monitor production processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they evaluate customer feedback and coordinate with other departments to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
In this role, the Quality Assurance Manager will oversee a team of quality control inspectors, conduct regular audits, and create quality management reports.
