Job Description
- Quality Audit Facilitation and Result Administration: Conducts Corporate and Supplier Food Safety Audits and process audits (when necessary); Undertakes corrective action management for audit results.
- Process improvement: Monitors, analyzes and maintains relevant databases for audits and supplier quality management; Develops and conducts relevant trainings for stakeholders (e.g Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers, 3PL, PCO); Develops and implements relevant programs that aim to improve supply chain quality and food safety culture.
- Performs as QA point person / support for Supply Chain (Procurement & Logistics) Division.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or other related science courses.
- 1 year experience in the same field and level of expertise.
- Experience in food safety audit function.
- Experience in implementing quality standards in the same industry.
- Organizational competencies: planning, problem solving & analysis, decision making, managing relations, people development.
- Functional competencies: quality, sanitation & safety orientation; Total quality Management, auditing process and standards, laboratory skills, technical training.

Salary: Php28,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
