Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in food manufacturing and a strong background in quality control of food products and processes. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QA policies and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits of production processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train production staff on quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
