Job Description:
- Good understanding and interpretation of construction plans
- Liaise with contractors and collect paperwork
- Prepare and check Job Orders promptly
- Lead the project team in the financial and contractual aspects for cost-effective projections
- Advise on contractual matters related to financial issues
- Perform risk assessments and suggest improvement measures
- Provide accurate measurements of completed projects
- Conduct post-con check/audit of all projects
