Job Description
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Experience as QA in a BPO industry is advantageous
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and good closing skills
- A team player, resilient, and persistent
Brief description of duties:
- Listens to representatives’ live or recorded calls to ensure adherence to QA standards
- Identifies call handling problems and recommends solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Create templates and relevant QA report formats
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by Quality Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
