Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop call monitoring formats and standards, evaluate calls, and maintain team quality metrics. You will utilize monitoring systems, participate in internal and client listening programs, provide actionable insights, lead calibration sessions, coach leaders, and prepare quality reports.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of international call center experience, self-driven, intermediate computer skills, strong multitasking ability, and excellent communication.
- Position: Full-time, on-site with immediate start.
