Job Description
Flatworld Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The QA Specialist will ensure high standards across our business units: E-commerce, Retail, Food Services, Link Program, and Membership.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with leaders for quality improvements.
- Train team members on quality expectations.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings.
Requirements:
- Experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
