Job Description
– Conduct supplier’s accreditation and cascading minimum requirements and specification
– Assuring the complete documents of each item and ingredient such as QA released certificate from the suppliers, parameter testing, Certificate of Product registrations, and Materials Safety date sheets
– Ability to document all the procedures for testing and inspection
– Collecting samples and test prior receiving
– A personnel that has an ability to declare the passing of the delivered items or to issue outright rejection
– Participate to conduct product traceability
– Proposing improvements to production process
– Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet the requirements
– Keeping measuring equipment operating accurately by following collaboration plan and schedule
– Collecting and compiling statistical data
– Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans
– Determining the cause of product defect and reworks
– Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly
– Communicate to suppliers in time of needed
– All other relevant duties to the job
