Job Description
Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Schedule: GY/Night Shift
Work Setup: Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop call center personnel.
- Monitor and assess quality standards.
- Analyze and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Track team performance metrics.
- Support team members’ growth.
- Coordinate projects to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams.
- Utilize sales experience to enhance service quality.
Compensation: PHP 40,00 – PHP 60,00 per month
Benefits: 13th Month Salary, Day 1 HMO Coverage, Rice Allowance, and more.
