Job Description
Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Tester to join our diverse, international team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, physicochemical analyses, and sensory evaluations of incoming raw materials and packaging. You will also oversee in-line production, enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conduct finished product validations through various studies. Your duties will include validating customer concerns, verifying action plans for non-conformities, and assisting with departmental audits. Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office, along with knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Sensory principles, is essential. A background in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields is preferred for this position.
