Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Audit & Compliance in our BPO division.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance overall quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality control measures
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and addressing issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality audit or compliance within a BPO or related industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
