Job Description
Our Client is looking for an experienced Quality Auditing Analyst (BPO).
Work set-up: Hybrid, night shift
Main location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of QA experience
- College graduate or undergraduate of any Accounting or Business related course is preferred
- Experience in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred
Job Description:
- Work closely with Quality leaders to aggregate, prioritize, and report on the top issues impacting decision accuracy
- Support audit quality from planning to feedback
- Complete audits timely and provide feedback for improved performance
- Collaborate for team performance enhancement
- Identify areas requiring training and ensure gaps are filled within given time frame
- Mentor new Quality Analysts and provide necessary training
