- Facilitate performance coaching.
- Provide training and guidance.
- Manage engagement and motivation.
- Implement QTP processes.
- Offer feedback for client reviews.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years’ QA experience, 3 in a supervisory role.
- BPO or Non-BPO experience.
- Strong expertise in quality frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
