Job Description
Receiving Procedure and Shrinkage Control
– Ensures 100% compliance to BSP on receiving including guidelines/standards to avoid losses and other related incidents. Safety measures are implemented to prevent pilferage and shrinkage.
– Receives deliveries based on Receiver Authorization (RA) or Purchase Order (PO).
– Error-free documentation.
– Checks rejected items.
Warehouse Management
– Ensures proper handling procedures of merchandise in the warehouse to avoid pilferage and shrinkage.
– Monitors stock on hand efficiently.
Housekeeping Requirement
– Observes good housekeeping and proper sanitation in all areas of the department at all times.
– Ensures on-time disposal of applied RTVs.
Reportorial Management
– Prepares the following reports: Delivery and Discrepancy Report, BSDR, Age Codes, Summary of RTVs, Stacking level of BO and RTV, Next Day Invoices, Unserved or Rejected Delivery Reports, Applied and Unapplied RTVs (including free goods). Timely and accurately in the preparation of reports.
