Job Description
RESPONSIBILITES
- Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products
- Inspection and quality assessment of incoming and/or raw materials
- Prepare reports on each test performed for measuring quality, quantity, and composition
- Compute formulas, percentages, or production-specific factors
- Assist in setting quality standards and ensure production maintenance
- Recommend improvement measures to production processes
- Sample and identify bacterial or non-desirable excess material
- Prepare graphs, charts, and reports from test results
- Maintain production and service quality
- Complete required tests for food product packaging
- Keep records of all tests carried out
- Perform quality control analysis and inspections
- Maintain corporate quality manual and records
- Review and report causes of quality loss
- Ensure check sheets are completed correctly
- Participate in external quality audits
- Resolve quality-related issues and adhere to deadlines
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry, BS Pharmacy
- 1-2 years of quality control experience preferred
- New graduates welcome
- Knowledgeable in Microbiological testing, especially in food and beverage industry
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Carmona Cavite
