Job Description
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Create training materials and operating manuals
A Quality Assurance Staff should have the following qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of BS Pharmacy/Applied Science/Chem Eng
- Analytical and good in problem-solving
- With or without work experience in QA/QC functions or any similar job tasks
- Computer savvy and must have good interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can work collaboratively or independently
- Has a sharp eye for details
