Job Description
Responsible for the continuous monitoring of the services in accordance with applicable external, regulatory, and internal standards. Initiating preparation for quality control activities. Handling administrative and operational functions of the Safety, Security, and Quality Assurance Department.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year related course
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in airline operations or aviation
- Computer literate with excellent verbal and written English skills
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to handle confidential information, work long hours, and proactive
- Willing to start immediately
