Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities, equipment, products, or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health section.
- Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance.
- Analyze possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses.
- Analyze possible reasons into process deviations and for product defects and quality lapses.
- Assist in monitoring and updating existing HACCP, SOP, and QA programs, procedures, and document control programs.
- Record and analyze statistical data and recommended modifications or suggested new standards, methods, and procedures.
- Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing compliance with GMP’s, SOP’s and HACCP.
- Implement and manage Random Microbiological testing on equipment and product.
- Maintain a “floor presence” as an auditor of quality throughout the processing facility.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors.
Qualifications:
- Attentive and observant.
- Sound judgment and decision making.
- Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background in GMP implementation and good personnel hygiene.

Salary: Php18,00.00 per month
