Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products.
– Lead a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance and training.
– Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to address quality issues.
– Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests and inspections for traceability.
– Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
– Minimum 3 years of quality control experience in food manufacturing.
– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
– Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality control programs.
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
