Job Description
In-process monitoring from processing to finished product.
Ensure product quality.
Collects sample at designated sampling point in the line and submit in Laboratory for analysis.
Issuance of tag (PASSED, HOLD, REJECT) in the warehouse in coordination with analysts re lab result.
Conduct daily GMP audit in the plant.
Collect and visual checking of sample in comparison to standard of in process sample in the production and packing.
Inspects and conducts GMP for incoming truck, raw and packaging material deliveries and outgoing delivery prior to loading.
Sampling and assessment of packaging material deliveries and prepare Certificate of Assessment.
Inspects GT trucks weekly cleaning and spraying.
Inspection of finished goods prior to loading through visual checking and sieving process.
Checking and verification of Product Advise Slip if accomplished by concern department.
