Job Description
Nautilus Pacific Maritime Training Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality & HR Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Quality & HR Manager in the preparation of documentation, coordinate with the Research & Development Manager for updates on Training Course Records, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Responsibilities include preparing Training Evaluation Reports, amending department forms, processing STCW course accreditations, and maintaining trainee records. You will also provide general administrative support to the Quality & HR Manager.
