Job Description
- Responsible for the necessary inspection of desiccants products according to procedure and specification requirements such as Bagging In-process inspection, Substrate inspection, Final test and inspection, packing inspection and also Collect samples based on procedures and required specifications.
- Responsible for in-process inspection of flexible packaging products according to procedure and specification requirements such as: Flexible packaging in-process inspection, Flexible packaging printing inspection (Machine/ Manual/ Hot stamp/ On-line), Flexible packaging cutting and slitting inspection, Flexible packaging sealing inspection.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of quality work inside the production area and verifies conformance with set requirements and implements necessary actions in case requirements are not met.
- Knowledgeable to Stop machine due to quality issue. Issue nonconformance report on materials/products which failed to meet specification requirements including proper segregation and labeling. And, Ensures proper documentation of necessary reports.
- Conducts monthly inventory of work in-process and finished goods in his/her responsibility. Coordinates with Production Personnel regarding Quality matters.
- Ensure Quality, Environmental, 5S Systems. Ensures submission of reports on Objectives & Targets. Ensures implementation of quality and environmental systems, record and programs in his assigned task in his area.
