Job Description
As a Quality Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the company’s quality assurance systems and processes. Your main goal will be to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry regulations.
You will develop and implement quality control procedures, set quality goals, and monitor the performance of different teams within the organization. You will also collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Leading quality audits and inspections
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with different teams and stakeholders.
