Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Specialist – Post Market to manage post-market surveillance and quality activities for medical devices. The role includes investigating customer complaints, leading root-cause analyses, supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), performing trend analyses, and preparing regulatory reports. The specialist will ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, and FDA requirements, and will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and manufacturing to resolve quality issues and enhance product safety.
- Required: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in post-market or quality functions
- Strong analytical, documentation, and QMS/regulatory reporting skills
