Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Awareness/ Continuous Improvement
- Monitor companywide quality programs and 5S compliance.
- Stay updated on quality programs and network with other quality experts for knowledge sharing.
- Visual Management Program
- Ensure adherence to 5S standards and sustain program initiatives set by the Core Team.
- Coordinate with leaders on the progress of action items from assessments.
- Quality Training Functions
- Conduct 5S/AMPI Housekeeping Program training.
- Develop and review training modules based on specific requirements.
- Conduct various other training modules as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year experience in semiconductor operations.
- Bachelor’s or Technology graduate from any field.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and familiar with 5S program.
