Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor plays a vital role in the construction industry by managing costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include cost analysis, budgeting, and value engineering to ensure projects are completed within budget.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent knowledge of construction materials and methods is essential.
