Job Description
Bureau Veritas is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial management of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tender documents, reviewing architectural plans, estimating costs, and optimizing project budgets. You will also track project advancements, handle material procurement, and assess supplier quotations to ensure the project remains within financial parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft tender documents and establish project budgets.
- Review architectural designs and perform cost evaluations.
- Conduct feasibility studies to enhance cost efficiency.
- Oversee material procurement operations.
- Provide monthly valuations of ongoing work.
Qualifications: Must hold a PRC License and possess at least 3 years of relevant construction experience.
