Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Civil Architectural projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, preparing estimates, and negotiating contracts. You will analyze costs, track and monitor progress, and provide financial advice throughout the project life cycle. Strong knowledge in construction materials, labor costs, and current market rates is required to accurately evaluate project expenses.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent numerical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with relevant work experience, is preferred.
