Job Description
We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) projects to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the cost management and estimation aspects of our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates and cost plans for CSA projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises to ensure optimal and cost-effective project outcomes.
- Proactively identify potential cost variances and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.
- Review and evaluate tenders, contracts, and subcontractor proposals.
- Manage and maintain accurate project cost records.
- Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in CSA projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and methods.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
