Job Description
Basic Function:
The Quantity Surveyor prepares detailed estimates for various disciplines using company standard measurements.
Reports to:
– CMD Manager
– VP Operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Prepares Bill of Quantities & Bill of Materials.
– Identifies cost escalations.
– Assists in evaluating quantity and cost proposals.
– Analyzes variation works.
– Submits reports and performs assigned tasks.
Qualification Requirements:
– Licensed Civil Engineer
– Minimum 2 years experience in QS
– Software Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
Key Performance Indicator:
Ensures compliance with department’s targets & reports requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
